  • Match your request with suitable providers in your area and show you their offers.
  • Send notifications and updates related to your requests (offer received, accepted, completed, and so on).
  • Improve the quality of the platform, support you when needed, and resolve issues.
  • Keep the platform secure and prevent misuse and fraud.
YOM uses cash payment after the service is completed, so we never request or store bank card numbers or electronic payment data.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Only the minimum necessary is shared to complete a service.

Providers see only what is needed to serve a request

Before you accept any offer, your full data is not disclosed to any provider. Once you accept a provider's offer, the provider is given only the information needed to carry out that request — such as the address, service details, and a way to contact you. Nothing more is shared, and only for the request you chose them for.

  • Request the deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
  • Control location and notification permissions from your device settings.
